You may not have known how to pronounce their name, but the portal technologies developed by CMAEON (pronounced “Si-MAY-on”) have become a big hit with clients in the real estate investment business sector. In October, a major property and investment corporation entered a new strategic partnership with the Victoria, BC, company.
League Assets Corporation, “the world’s Intergenerational Wealth™ Institution” has announced that CMAEON will host League’s property and investment portal. Also, League’s newest investment project, the Eagle Landing Retail shopping centre in Chilliwack, BC, is featured on the HYPERLINK “http://www.league.ca/” company’s home page using the new CMAEON portal technology.
“This is very exciting because this new portal will make it easier for our Member-Partners to get information about their investments with League, as well as project updates,” said League’s founding partner Emanuel Arruda.
CMAEON has more than a decade of experience developing online marketing and communication solutions for real estate and other businesses. On its own realestock.com portal, people can browse for property listings as well as buy and sell properties worldwide.
CEO Timothy Vasko says his firm’s innovative Connected Marketspace is a “unique stack of technology” that provides seven levels of connectedness on the Internet. It’s an end-to-end solution that includes:
- Integrated Websites;
- Search Engine Optimization and Pay-Per-Click;
- Content Management Systems;
- Customer Relationship Management;
- Workflow Engine (for business processes);
- Document Management (barcoding etc);
- Web Analytics.
CMAEON has invested over $10 million in developing its technologies, and employs more than 20 full time employees in its main office in Victoria in addition to its staff and offices in Kentucky and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Arruda says that League’s new online platform “ties beautifully with our plans for the marketing of our newly converted Rosewood and Wellington condominium suites in Hamilton, ON, the Chimney Springs condominium suites in Vegreville, AB, as well as with our goals for the future.”
