A dedicated arts educator, Jennifer McIntyre comes from a long lineage of artists. Named ‘Pacific Arts Educator of the Year’ by the US National Art Education Association, she currently teaches in the Faculty of Art Education at the University of Victoria. Her colourful acrylic paintings express a joyful exuberance, each original work explores composition, pattern and light in new ways. Jennifer’s paintings have been highlighted at Glendale Gardens; MacPherson Library Gallery, UVic; AGGV Art Rental; Sooke and Sidney Fine Arts shows, and recent “Artishow” residency at Ocean Point Resort.
Wendy Opelt, an acomplished artist also presents work drawing on Oriental themes.
